Cáviti Supports
Our system of supports, brackets, stands, plinths or plots is based on the use of diverse typologies and layouts, depending on the demands created by the loads, support features and typology of the flagstones or decking, which are manufactured in fixed and height-adjustable models, to respond to on site needs.
Definition
Cáviti supports are designed for the installation of outdoor floating pavements.
They can be used with all types of grids and are compatible with concrete tiles, ceramic tiles, or decked floating platforms.
There are basically two types of supports, or “plots”: non-adjustable ones, with fixed height and high load capacity, and adjustable ones, which are more technologically advanced and allow for height adjustments and slope correction according to project needs.
Within the adjustable category, there are various models depending on their intended use, working height, and compressive load capacity.
Starting from the simplest model, SC750, with a compressive load capacity of 750 kg per support, up to the most robust model, SC2000, which offers 2,000 kg load capacity and a maximum working height of 610 mm as per standard manufacturing—though even greater heights, exceeding 1,000 mm, can be custom-produced.
The non-adjustable models are composed of square-shaped plates:
Model SC10: 100×100 mm with 10 mm thickness
Model SC15: 150×150 mm with 15 mm thickness Both feature the peculiarity of being stackable on top of each other, allowing for heights of up to 70 mm.

Characteristics
Outdoor floating flooring such as home terraces, raised roofs, pedestrian areas, maintenance roofing, common transit areas, etc.
- Its usage is prohibited in animal facilities.
- Its usage is prohibited for road traffic.
- On gravel, cellular concrete, directly onto the ground and unprotected asphalt sheets.
- Mortar and brick supports.
- Supports in EPS or XPS insulation.
- Chlorinated rubber waterproofing, bituminous asphalt fabrics.
- Pre-cast concrete and porcelain tiles.
- Natural stone tiles.
- Wooden platforms with battens or those preformed in the workshop.
- Obtaining fully accessible floating flooring.
- Allows for installations to pass under the flooring.
- Attains completely horizontal surfaces.
- Offsets roof slopes.
- The system works through gravity, meaning the use of adhesives is not necessary.
- Separation between tiles of 4 mm.
- Enables installation maintaining the joint or joint filler.
- The system as a whole prevents premature ageing of the different roof treatments.

Assembly is swift and easy since slabs and supports are placed continuously at the same time. Once the first row has been drawn out and assembled, the location of the rest is purely mechanical, since each slab has a corresponding support. It is important to draw out the first line with strings, because the rest of the assembly depends on this initial alignment, which will be successively coupled puzzle-like.
Placement: Placement and levelling is performed using ropes and a spirit level. Levelling with laser equipment is not recommended, as possible irregularities in the tiles could lead to errors.
Modelos regulables: Con estos modelos se obtienen alturas desde los 50 mm hasta los 670 mm, compensan la pendiente desde Plana hasta un 2%.

Non-adjustable models: The non-adjustable model is made up of 100×100 mm square geometry plates with two different thicknesses, the 10 mm SC10 model and the 15 mm thick SC15 model. Both are stackable, thus being able to obtain heights of up to 50 mm.
